Returns & Exchange Policy

Sunset Whiskey Co has a 14 Day return (and refund) policy.
Unfortunately, due to hygiene standards Sunset Whiskey Co cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases on any used products, unless the product is faulty. To be eligable for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging and we also require receipt or proof of purchase. Once your item is received and inspected by Sunset Whiskey Co we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your refund has been approved, it will be processed immediately and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment along with a notification that this has been processed.

For change of mind purchases (only on unused items), you will be responsible for paying all shipping costs in order to return your item, these costs are non refundable. If you are shipping an item back to us, we do recommend that you use a trackable shipping carrier or purchase shipping insurance.

If you believe that in an unlikely event an item you have purchased is faulty and or damaged please contact us immediately on sunsetwhiskeyau@gmail.com and we will do our best to solve your issue.
